Refund Policy

A TO C LLC is a wholesale distributor, and all sales are governed by the terms below.
1. Final Sale Policy
All wholesale sales are considered final sale, except under the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be issued only if:

Incorrect items were shipped

Items arrived damaged

Items were defective upon arrival
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Buyer remorse

Unsold inventory

Marketplace restrictions or suspensions

Listing removals or account issues

Products returned without authorization
4. Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior written authorization from A TO C LLC.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Condition of Returned Items
Approved returns must be:

Unused

In original, factory-sealed condition

Returned with original packaging
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
